“The location was fabulous for accessing the liveliness and beauty of the Ribeira with the nearness of Palacio da Bolsa, Igreja de Sao Francisco, the bridge with an easy crossing to the wine cellars of Gaia. Depending on how youre feeling, a moderate walk up to other sights or if youre tired, take the funicular up and youll be at the Se (the Cathedral), Sao Bento, etc. Daily cleaning service, much appreciated. Window really are sound proof. Open to enjoy peek-a-boo view of the river, close at……

I may have missed it in the instructions but, there's no sign in front of the building and it is very nondescript - you need to call by phone to have someone let you in. ”
