“Our room was comfortable and very quiet (except for a noisy guest in the hallway at midnight). The breakfast buffet was good and the location of the hotel is super convenient to the 28th Street Mall and locations around there. “Once we switched away from a room which was not set up well and was hard to move around, we were very comfortable in a room with kitchenette. The road noise bothered us in the day but was quiet at night. The shower stall was miniscule, but the beds were great. The heater/air-conditioner was quiet and worked well. It was close to Longmont, and the great little town of Lyons with wonderful restaurants. It had easy access to Estes Park which we visited. They didn't answer the phone nor return……

"Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these issues, and the gentleman at the front desk took my mobile number, assuring me that the manager would contact me within two days. However, two weeks have passed, and I have not been contacted. Overall, it was not a good experience, but it might be only associated with that room."
