“We booked a last minute stay and this property was exactly as advertised. It was clean, safe, and located in a great location that allowed us to easily travel to Washington, DC and other MD cities within a 20-40 minute radius. My only critique is that the check in notes should be revised to include additional details for finding the garage, the garage key, and accessing the front lobby of the building. The actual address to the garage differs from the front lobby address for the property, but……

“Sketchy bait and switch. The photos posted online and listed amenities really attracted us to this particular rental... My wife and I were travelling 6 hours to spend a few days on a mini vacation. After being on the road for 5 hours, the host sent a message saying they made a mistake and we were "upgraded" to a different rental that apparently had the same amenities. We were given no choice... no options. Just "oh rental A that you booked is not available so go to rental B." I never agreed……

“The apartment was clean and well appointed, with a wonderfully comfortable bed, and the host was immediately responsive to any query. The apartment is within a 10-minute walk of the Silver Spring Metro station, as well as of two supermarkets and numerous restaurants. The neighborhood was reasonably quiet and felt quite safe. I would recommend this property without hesitation.”

“Perfect place”

“We enjoyed our stay at Anne’s apartment. We had no trouble at all. We would definitely stay again and will recommend to visiting family after we move to the area. Parking was easy with the app in the garage. Street parking on the 700 side is 2 hour parking and across the street 1 hours. Very nice location.”

"The Tidal Basin is just across the street from the hotel, and the hotel has its own private bridge across the street to the Tidal Basin, which is in a great location to view the cherry blossoms at the Tidal Basin and go to the National Mall. The service staff is very friendly, and the hotel is tastefully decorated, clean and warm. The room is large and overlooks the Tidal Basin from the window.We came to see the cherry blossoms this time with my elderly mother. The hotel is very conveniently located for my mother in a wheelchair to visit the Tidal Basin."
