“I booked a family room and the photo showed there is a camping for children inside the room. But there is nothing provided during the actual visit.”

“Horaires d'arrivée et départ amples. Chambre parfaite sauf le jour sous la porte qui laisse passer la lumière. Espace piscine très bien équipé mais manque quelques infos pour que ce soit parfait. Je ne savais pas qu'il fallait un bonnet de bain, une pièce pour le casier, je ne sais pas si j'avais droit a la cafetière...”

The room's lamp was bad.and haven't hairdryer，haven't heating pipe.I called servers thrice,They didn't solve any problems.I don't know why four star.入住办理很慢，说三点有房结果到点依旧没房，房间的灯是坏的，没有吹风机，暖气也是坏的，打了客服中心三次电话，没人过来解决任何问题，不知道哪来的四星”

“I really enjoyed my week here. The property was very quiet and clean. The front desk crew were lovely. Great location (air coach to the airport literally at the front door). Lots of restaurants, pubs, and the beautiful St. Stephen’s Green close by. In-suite dishwasher and clothes washer came in handy. I would not hesitate to stay here again. ”
