“The best ever reception staff in Ramsgate. Clean room with a wonderful view of the harbour. We felt like very special guests. Booked this for a festival in Margate so it was a short taxi ride there and back and staff so kindly helplful in organising transport. I definitely recommend it. ”

“Pleasant stay helped by very good weather. Hotel nicely positioned and efficiently managed. Bed was small so sleep was not good. Room 409 needs a king sized bed to meet modern expectations. Bar and restaurant both very good. ”

“Check in was great. Managed to park right outside the door. Room was ok. Only real complain was the en-suite. Dated and the shower valve very worn and difficult to set a good temperature. Over all would stay again. ”

“Check in was professional and friendly, bar staff showed me my room and explained everything well. Room and bathroom are tired, but adequate. The bed was really comfortable. Overall cosy room. Pub is nice with lots of friendly locals and tourists. I stayed on curry night which was greay value for money. Nice home made style curries. Only shame was no TNT sports to watch the football. In the morning breakfast was a good english breakfast. Only bug bear was the weak coffee. I had a flat white……
