“The staff and service was terrible. Staff did not want to be there. Restaurant stuff did not want to help guess with there orders and it showed. Was at dinner and never received the drinks we ordered. And this happened multiple times.”

“The elevators at the property was always dirty the floors where unkeep the pools where not clean the room AC was not working properly some of the staffs was not nice the best restaurant was Azul the staffs was amazing no AC inside elevators was broken they need more food on the menu for room service like wings and the sweets was not good step it up because paying all that money upgrade please ”
