“We came for a volleyball tournament and wanted quiet refuge with a pool. This fit the bill. There were a couple issues, but the owner handled them quickly, and even allowed us extra late checkout (3pm) the last day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“Perfect place to stay for Disney Parks. The area was quiet and had a lovely outlook at the pool side. The home was very clean and everything we needed was to hand. Home is well maintained and pool and lawn attended to by a lovely crew.Watched Disney and Prime channels occasionally which was a nice touch.We had the nine ducklings visits every day with mum and dad along with other wild life (birds, geckos) which was nice. A great base to relax between park visits and other activities.We all agreed……

“Pool is amazing, location is great!! Kitchen appliances supplied. Needs a deep clean in corners. Walked in and bath mat was wet, there was hair in the bottom of the shower. Be sure to look to see what you need. There were no trash bags, toilet paper, or pool toys. Check out time is early if you have a late flight. All in all, very relaxing.”

“Waterside is a great villa, great location for Disney and Universal parks. Also a great location for grocery shopping and places for eating out.The villa it’s self is great, very clean and wellMaintained had everything that we needed while there. Kids enjoyed the pool and games room. Will definitely be our first choice of villa when coming back to Orlando and have already advised friends and family about it. 10/10 experience ”
