“Very good, a well-deserved 10/10. After 30 years of frequent visits to Kissimmee, I can honestly say that this vacation home met all expectations. The villa is clean and well-equipped, and the location is quiet, close to all the theme parks, and it's a good base for all other activities. The price-quality ratio is excellent. We visited the villa with six people: two children aged 7, 12, and 16, and two adults. Communication with the owner was excellent. We will definitely be back.”

“The house is perfect. It is very clean and well maintained. Beds are very comfy. Kitchen is well stocked with quality items. Layout worked well for our family . Pool is awesome. A special "thank you" to Jamie our maintenance man who went above and beyond to solve a minor problem with the pool. The management company was awesome to work with too. I can't say enough good things about this property ”

“We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our stay. It was a large party of my husband, three children, and my parents. There were plenty of bedrooms and beds. The pool was amazing. We spent 4 days at Disney World and the drive was about 20 mins each way. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and fast food along the way. Living room and dining area provided plenty of room for everyone to sit and relax. We would stay here again. ”
