“It was nice and convenient for me, but shower rod was falling down so taking a shower was not recommended and dish washer was not attached to anything so when I opened the door, it came out and couldn't really be loaded. A little maintenance is needed on some of the rooms....”

“It was a perfect place to stay within downtown Colorado Springs! The homes in the area are beautiful and from a time before cookie cutter construction became a thing. We were also within short driving distance to anything we needed/wanted to do. The neighborhood was also very quiet too. The owners were quick to reply to any questions we had and their instructions on check-in/out were clear. We stayed in the upstairs apartment above the garage which has everything you need to feel at home. ……

“We had such a wonderful time staying in this lovely cottage! It felt secluded and just the retreat we needed. It had all the amenities of home that I needed! I hadn’t planned on doing laundry since we were only going to be gone about 4 days, but sometimes plans change when children are involved! It was so nice to be able to do a quick load and not have to search out a laundromat! We will definitely be coming back.”

It is in a great location close to the main city and hiking areas and the neighborhood is quiet. We loved hanging out on the front porch and watching people walk their dogs. We would love to come back and stay there again.”
