“This was my second stay in this quiet, clean, convenient apartment, this time for close to a month. It’s easy walking-distance to restaurants and shops, easy drive to popular sites. My daughter stayed with me for a few days and said she would come back to this place if returns to Colorado. I would stay here again.”

“Excellent property, very clean, secluded area and was very quiet which helped in getting plenty of sleep!Communication with our host was quick and informative which eased check in and check out. We would stay again for sure!”

“The property was very clean with comfortable furniture. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of towels and I appreciated the coffee and Keurig. The location is perfect - an easy drive to Colorado College, downtown, the Broadmoor, and Garden of the Gods. There are chickens beside the studio and during my visit one vocal rooster who has been rehomed .”
