“This was a wonderful place for a family vacation by the lake If you want easy, private lake access, your own firepit lakeside, canoes and kayaks available for use, and several great places to sit and relax while you get away, this is the place. This is one of three homes on the property so it's not completely isolated but all were recently built, well furnished with everything we needed, easy to get to, and exactly what we were looking for. "The hotel is located inside the University of Maine campus, which is quiet, safe, and has convenient parking. The rooms seem to be converted from student dormitories, so the layout is different from typical hotels. The bathroom in my room was exceptionally large, almost at a luxury mansion level, and the bed was also big. The room was clean with high ceilings, but there was no desk available for use, which was somewhat inconvenient."
