“The street this condo is on is being renovated, so we were a little nervous when we got through the really nice neighborhood and then passed houses in various states of disrepair to get into this unit. In the end, that is not a reflection of what this suite is like, but worth noting the expectation. “Excellent experience in every way. The house was clean and perfectly suited for my wife and two young kids. The beach was a quick walk down the street and there is a really nice park nearby as well. The owners were very responsive and professional. Zero complaints, would visit again ”

“Very comfortable - beds were soft, sheets were great and water pressure was nice. There was a problem with city drains so the parking lot was flooded a couple nights, which caused a lot of dirt to be tracked into the unit, but this wasn't a problem with the rental. Location was close to everything we needed.”

“Check in was easy, the apartment was roomy and very clean. It had some basic amenities, like cooking sheets, pots, pans, olive oil, and some spices. Beds were very comfy. I used the laundry facility a couple times. The washers and dryers were newer and well maintained. Heck out was a breeze. The only thing we had any issue with was the parking was very tight. There is room for all the cars, but you have to do a little Austin Powers shimmy to get in straight when the lot is full. ”
