“Very clean and the front desk and housekeepers were very nice!”

“They were overbooked and failed to provide the room I booked at check in. Turned me away to another hotel nearby but took nearly an hour to do it. Expedia was contacted and put the line on hold without any help to resolve the situation.”

“Last minute reservation after missing a connection in Atlanta-- easily made reservation by phone at near midnight. Check in staff okay but daytime staff was wonderful ( I think a new employee and the Manager). They allowed me to stay about an hour later for a late check out. Breakfast staff also Lovely”

“When we first arrived, the property was not cleaned. But upon contacting Missy, she took care of the issue immediately. She went above and beyond to make sure the house was cleaned and we were taken care of. I personally feel like the property management company dropped the ball. Once Miss was made aware of the issues, she was on top of it. She had great communication skills.”
