“I was only there for one night, but from the moment I called for the shuttle and arrived, I was treated like a VIP! Mr. D absolutely deserves a shoutout—he was an outstanding shuttle host. Honestly, he should be teaching classes on excellent service. He was awesome , friendly and definitely deserves a raise! The front desk staff were just as wonderful. “They were overbooked and failed to provide the room I booked at check in. Turned me away to another hotel nearby but took nearly an hour to do it. Expedia was contacted and put the line on hold without any help to resolve the situation.”

“Perfect. The staff was great. The front desk staff was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area and events going on. The bar, restaurant, and breakfast staff were super nice. Even the shuttle service was spot on. The rooms were very clean...(yes, I brought out my light) and the hotel was nice and quiet. My stay was wonderful and I will definitely be going back on my next visit. Great Job Staybridge!”
