“The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. The whole hotel has a very strong cigarette smell, and the hotel is a bit run down (there is some maintenance work that is needed). ”

“Accommodations were very nice. Hotel does need a face-lift, but I learned from chatting with the staff that they plan on doing that. I didn’t realize until I was leaving that the room next to me had a family with 2 pets. I would hope that they would designate certain rooms for people with pets and are in a separate area from other guests. ”
