“The property is very well maintained and very pleasant. Its in a good location, very well looked after area in the leafy suburbs but close enough to Philidelphia as well (30 minutes). Even Ocean City is only 80 minutes away. We would highly recommend the accommodation, the communication with Jerry was easy and quick and he is very helpful, friendly, and efficient, at all times.”

The house was spacious - allowing everyone to have an area to gather as well as their own personal space. Lamar was very helpful - he gave us a short history of the home and made sure that we had access to him if we needed anything extra during our stay.”

“This property is in some bad shape and not ready for visitors. There were stains everywhere...the floors, the towels, the bedding, the walls, the ironing boards, even the iron itself. The flooring throughout this property is not level whatsoever. The cabinets are tilted forward from the walls. The door frames are skewed due to the poor renovation of the floors more than likely.
