“Our room was great! Large open room, with spacious bathroom. Beautiful view, very clean. Great bar downstairs. Valet parking was overpriced at $58 a day (weekend night). Only two elevators worked on Sunday morning at check out time. We were on the 19th floor. It was very crowded and chaotic. ”

After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center.
