“We absolutely loved staying at this property! My husband and I could not have been happier! The location was like having a private beach! Our view was gorgeous and the hotel was perfect!! Georgina was such a pleasure... we celebrated my birthday there and they also joined in the celebration!!! I cannot recommend this place enough! Maybe I should keep it a secret!!”

“If I could give this property more stars, I would. We travel extensively, and this has become one of the most professional, customer-oriented, high-quality resorts we've been to. I've been there twice now, and it has improved even from 2 years ago. It is challenging to find an all-inclusive that does not consistently try to upsell products and services, but Grand Velas does not do that. In addition, I have found recently that it is tough to find a hotel or resort where employees seem happy to be……

“Beautiful grounds, amazing animals, and great service by the pool. The dinner at Acre is amazing. The noise however was really loud under our treehouse, a few men were doing construction, so it was disappointing since we were looking forward to a relaxing stay. I was nervous to take an outdoor shower under the men. We moved rooms and it was better but the front staff seemed annoyed with the request.”

“Este hotel ha sido nuestro destino desde hace 5 años. Nos dieron un upgrade y nos dieron nuestro “early arrival”, pero nuestra habitación no estaba al 100%, pues encontramos un pastel a medio comer en el refrigerador, el servicio de café estaba sucio y lleno de azúcar, lo cual nos dio una mala impresión, y nos decepcionó. Claro, nos arreglaron el cuarto al pedirlo. No bajen la calidad y cuiden los detalles, y nos gusta mucho el hotel, pero estos detalles nos decepcionan. Eso si, todo lo demás……
