“I stayed in the Chatsworth Ensuite room while away on business and it was such a refreshing change from a tired, soulless room in a hotel chain. The bathroom is beautiful and I left disappointed I couldn't stay longer to make use of the enormous bathtub. Homely touches like candles and real milk for a coffee means I hope this room will be available next time I travel. Clear instructions are provided ahead of your arrival for a seamless check in. “I rarely take the opportunity to record my stays but this deserves the time. The communication in advance was clear and very helpful. However, the location after a business day is ideal and so many personal touches, including a welcome label on the door personal to you!
