“Everything was amazing! The house was spotless and looked amazing! The pool was clean and the rooms were amazing for 18 girls! We had my sisters bachelorette party here and I can’t say enough great things! Close to the beach and in the middle of anywhere you needed to go! ”

“This is the email I sent the property management company:The area was beautiful but the house was a huge disappointment. We will not stay with any house that is managed by your company, again. The neighbors all had so many extras provided to them to make their stays do convenient and they had all the codes they needed. We have left the rental in better condition than when we got there. We never received a code to walk out of the neighborhood. We finally had to ask a neighbor to use their code.……

“Great location for beach and surrounding venues. Property was clean, plenty of towels, etc. We had one maintenance call due an old door on which the door jammed and it wouldn’t lock. Batteries in the garage opener were dead. One phone call and the problems were immediately repaired. However, there were several light bulbs out or missing. Overall, the place was great, but a better walk through of the facility for little updates and up keep is warranted. ”

“We love to visit in Destin quite often and this home in Miramar beach is definitely one we will be booking in the future visits back! Great location and gated community with pool literally next door to the home. The home is very clean and the furniture very comfy. So glad there were enough bathrooms for everyone. The beach is much closer than I expected , an easy 3-4 minute walk. We Rode bikes to nearby eateries and ice cream shop. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home !”
