“We absolutely loved this property! We have been going to the Destin area from Texas for 20 years and this is the first beach house we booked. We will never go back to a condo. The privacy, pool, and access to the beach was perfect. The property manager was amazing and prompt with our questions before the stay, and a few during. We had overcast weather and requested a heated pool mid-stay and the maintenance guy was there in a flash to accommodate, plus he was super nice and had a fun……

“Property is absolutely stunning. All new and upgraded. The layout of the space is great for both privacy and communal time. Very clean. Pool was super fun, and the outdoor space was well kept. It was a surprise that a pool attendant popped over during our pool time unannounced and unplanned. She was extremely sweet, but we would have appreciated a heads up. Also - the outdoor garbage bins were full when we checked in, so unfortunately we did have a backup of garbage, but it wasn't unmanageable.……

“We would definitely stay again! This property was clean and spacious. Beach access was very close, private and clean. Stayed on a very busy week and plenty of space on private beach. Proprty manager was great. A breaker popped while we were there so the outdoor TV and grill fan would not turn on - the maintenance phone number was located on the fridge, we called and were up and running again in minutes.”

“1. loose tiles on back deck present a tripping hazard. 2. hand rail at pool steps would help”

“The house and location were perfect! The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is about a 5 minute walk to a private beach that was not crowded. The provided beach chairs were perfect for the location and could be worn as a backpack with storage pockets for our things. Our kids loved the pool and the putting green. We would definitely stay here again! ”
