We were not be able to get our key and she kept my family wait outside of villa for 30 mins. after checking time. She claim that they cannot give us key since the room is still not be check up even it is ready. ”

“We stayed here for one night in a last minute booking for Sintra. The room and breakfast cost about £120. The hotel is traditional, but in very good way. It is very central and full of character. Within walking distance to many of the attractions. The whole place is spotless, characterful and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Frankly, we had booked and expected something worn and run down and we're really happily surprised. We would return again and recommend to others. Reception - smooth……
