“We went for a long weekend. The staff were excellent, very friendly and very helpful. The only thing I wasn’t pleased with was the bed. It was a little bit too hard for me, that’s my opinion because I don’t like hard beds,those who do ,would love it. The room was lovely very pleasant. we had a garden view. we were very central . we managed to walk all around Alfama.”

“Beautiful hotel in Alfama. Wonderful and attentive staff - Jessica, Mauro, Nicole really made our stay wonderful. Two minute walk to the water and metro, and very close to restaurants and shopping. Large washroom with walk-in shower. Amazing bed with comfy pillows. Lots of in-room storage which was appreciated. Hotel did not offer same day laundry as advertised, but were able to recommend a local dry cleaner which worked well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will be back again!”

“This property was unique and absolutely beautiful. If you like the photos wait until you see it in person, even better. Everything is clean and new, no hidden surprises. “Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.”

Excellent stay at this trendy hotel

"I really liked the modern design in an heritage building. Stayed in the studio for four nights and it has a kitchen with everything you need. The team is amazing, gave me really good trendy restaurants recommendations. They are also very helpful and responsive when you asked them questions on WhatsApp. The restaurant Santa Joana and the bar Spiritland were amazing. Great design, food and amazing friendly team. Great vibes overall and would stay again. "

"Excellent location and cleanliness. Much better if staff has more compassionate at work. Suggest the staff at counter preparing omelette can make sunny eggs also, instead saying no but asking them to get them on plates but actually none instead, and collect city tax upon checking-in rather than checking out to expedite the process. "
