“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This……

“Beautifully curated space, and accurate to the description in photos. Comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. Location was a huge plus as well - I will certainly be booking again. ”

“Hotel for the most part was clean and well kept. Our bathroom was not the cleanest. I ended up cleaning it my self. Overall was ok.”

“Served the purpose of being close to the theme parks! Close to the convenience stores and nice television set ,to relax and watch a couple of movies!
