“This was an exceptionally nice 3* hotel. We have plans to return. Staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. We even lost our car keys and they sent out a search party to help us find them! They went above our expectations as we just asked them to let us know if they were found. The lobby area is beautiful and made a great backdrop for some photos of our group dressed up. “The carpet in our room was digusting. Worn and stained, I wouldnt even take my shoes off. When the sheets were pulled back to go to bed there were water bottle caps from previous stay still on the floor. The lamp between the beds was covered in dust. Otherwise the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean so I do appreciate that. But carpet definitely needs replacement. We have stayed 3 times now and the hotel and casino are great, this was the worst room with stained carpet we have……
