“Room was clean and staff receptive. Only issue was check in. Had to wait for over 2 hours to be checked into my second room as room was not ready. That was a lot of inconvenience ”

“First of all, it’s a hotel—and that is not mentioned in the listing. Secondly, it is a dumpy motel—dirty carpets, few amenities, stairs but no elevators. Worst of all was the customer service. I received no address or access info and when I called to get them I was asked on several attempts to try calling back in ten minutes or so. When the guy had time to talk he told me I had to supply my ID and credit card info over the phone. I told him I was at my departure airport and couldn’t forward ID……

“Not remotely as pictured. Had to go up 2 flights of stairs to reach room. No elevator. No sofas, just 1 old chair. 2 low lumpy twin beds. No bedside tables or lamps. Really bad.”
