Don’t stay here if want a modern hotel, with many modern amenities, lacking in character and charm. Don’t stay if colorful staff with a passion for the music of New Orleans ( which they bring nightly to the hotel lobby or courtyard) is not your thing. Don’t stay if listening to music wafting in from Frenchman street late into the night seems annoying. But you have a passion for the people,……

“We had enough room for three couples to have their own space but still come together in the main room. We used the pool every afternoon. We liked that we could walk to Frenchmen street, and there is a grocery store about a block away. The screened in porch is nice for anyone who wakes up early. ”
