“Very nice location, great customer service, choice for B'fast & clean. The property needs big improvements as it can be very hot in summer days! fan was supplied but didn't help much, we had ground floor room couldn't leave the curtains & window open as no net to keep flies away and to have privacy as can see people traffic outside your room window. Lovely surroundings to have picnic.”

“Well kept pub with separate accommodation block. The room was large, comfortable, exceptionally clean and in really good repair. The pub itself is also very pleasant, with a good menu and choice of beer. The whole experience made better by the very friendly, helpful staff. ”

“Excellent location for visiting IWM Duxford and only 10 minutes on the train to Cambridge. Janet and Simon couldn't have been more welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were really good with options for all tastes. Would stay again without hesitation.”

“I like that: - It’s near this neat old church, for starters. - it has a quaint old English world feel to it, something I’d hoped to experience while here in England for the 1st (& very likely, not my last) time - it has very good service from the workers. Next time, I’ll organize my tour of the university better & when I do, just guess where I’ll be staying ;)”

“We arrived later than we had planned but received a warm welcome from the hosts. We had the family room which is a good size, well decorated, warm and comfortable. The accomodation was spotless. We didnt eat there but will need to be in Cambridge in aroun 6 months time, so hoping we can stay again. Great value for money. Highly recommended. ”
