“Very nice quiet, clean room and comfortable bed,”

“We had a most enjoyable stay at the Penisula-Parkview Resort. I would not call it a resort, though. It was more a motel. With that said, it is impeccibly clean and comfortable. It is still 5 stars.”

“Lynne and the younger man that work the desk were extremely personable and accommodating. I worked a wedding for hair and makeup, my mom sharing the room with me would have had to wait 2 hours outside the original check out time, but they allowed me to extended my checkout time while working with Expedia to make sure my stay was as seamless as possible and did not make a fuss over the change! Also left a clothing item in my room and they had it folded nicely waiting for me even after checkout.……

“Our stay here was just as promised! Very tranquil, very clean, had everything you’d want and more for a lake house weekend getaway! Truly was a dark sky retreat - looking up at the stars each night from the dock was our favorite part. We’d love to come back again, thank you so much Jeff!”

“Very clean, outdoor pool very well kept, beautiful well kept flowers all around the property. Playground out back for kids, very nice!! Grills on property if you want to grill out. The breakfast provide very nice choices! They thought of so many details to make your stay very pleasant! Staff very friendly. The only thing I can say negative is the airconditioning unit, is a little noisy and blows so hard even on low and it is directly in line with the bed, so that was a little bothersome on the……

“Excellent view of the water with waterfront property for guests to use. Great for romantic getaway, or for my wife and I a great place to bring our 5 month old son on his first vacation. Was able to take him swimming for the first time and in a great pool to introduce him to swimming.”

“Everything about our stay was fantastic. Great breakfasts, cookies, so clean. Close to everything. Had a issue with grid on bedroom patio door and it was taken care of right away. Well worth it. Highly recommend The Chanticleer Oak cabin!”
