“My wife and I had a great time here. It is walking distance from St. George street which is a huge perk since we saw many signs advertising $20 parking near there. It also had laundry with laundry detergent available. Host was great and very communicative. The place is small but perfect for couples, the area is amazing and you can’t beat it for the price and location of this property. ”

“Visiting colleges nearby and seeing St Augustine. This condo was cozy, spotless, just as described, close to historic district, walked to Flagler and surrounding area within 10 minutes. Neighborhood is quiet, surrounded by other well kept historic homes, sidewalks everywhere……. Peaceful. Stayed 3 nights. Publix, Target, restaurants outside of historic district only a few minutes away. Perfect for us. ”
