“This hotel is part of the Best Western Sure Collection. I have stayed here several times before and not been disappointed. I am delighted to say that this stay was no different but actually exceeded expectations. The staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. I booked in for an evening meal. My room was around the back where there was additional parking in from of the lodge. My room was a suite with a proper full size, king size bed. There were welcome gifts on hand and the whole room……

“The shower drainage was stuck, bath water was soaking up above my feet, it was very disgusting. The shower tap was difficult to use and had to use brutal force to turn on. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. There no toiletries provided till I asked the owner to provide them. There was only one bowl for porridge until I asked for more of the owner.
