“The location is phenomenal with walking access to the beach, restaurants, food trucks and shops. However, the cottage was a little rundown and needs to be updated. I made sure to message the manager of all of the broken blinds so I wouldn’t be charged. Ventilation in bathroom is nonexistent even when you open windows there’s no way for the heat to get out so everything turns damp and humid in the room. Oh and door upstairs wouldn’t lock. Other than those items we enjoyed our stay and again,……

“First of all let me say this is my third stay in this community but my first time at this cottage. My husband and I came with a large group who rented other cottages in the neighborhood and we brought our dogs. The location is perfect and the house was also great for what we needed. The street is quiet and the pool is always empty for the most part. We will most definitely be back and we can’t wait. Don’t forget to hit up local spots in MB! Pointbreak Pizza & Shipwreck Raw Bar (in Port St Joe……

“We loved everything about this place! It was nicely decorated, well stocked, very clean, and had a great layout. The cottage was conveniently located near everything we enjoy doing on our vacations…beach, pool, bike path, walking trail, shops, and restaurants. With five adults, having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this house. We plan to return soon! ”

“Small, modest and comfortable inside. Quiet but near the crowded “in” places if you want to visit them (Alys, Rosemary, etc.). Good beach access that’s close, almost right across the street, and not crowded at all (even on spring break) which is nice. The tub drained slowly and was not addressed during our stay. The outside (yard and drive) could easily be improved.”

“For adults in my six year old daughter stayed here. We had an excellent time. The host was very knowledgeable about the surroundings, and recommended many restaurants for us to try during our stay. The cottage is very quaint, clean, and efficient. It was very clean, and we loved sitting on the porch in the morning. The hot tub is huge and we were able to enjoy it each night. “Wonderful place to stay. Convenient to the beach, and the pool was bigger than it looked in the pictures! We used this as an overflow for a beach house across the street we've stayed at for 20 years, and it worked flawlessly as our family keeps growing. Walked to Alys for coffee and a playground hang most mornings. The house was clean and beds were comfy. Would stay again! ”

“From the moment my girls and I arrived at this charming beach house, we were completely smitten! The home is the perfect blend of comfort, style, and coastal charm. The location is unbeatable. We were steps from Camp Watercolor and the amazing Watercolor Trolley (free!) took us quickly to the beach!
