There are no customers in other rooms, and it is still said that there are no free rooms to replace. They rejected your request very calmly. There is no better word to evaluate them. Very bad experience”

“Desk clerks both check in and check out were top notch. Room was decent. Biggest issues were the bathroom was dirty, had bugs and someone's used soap out, my room was poolside and the screaming and music went on well past 10 pm and while this isn't on the facility there was apparently some parties going on because I had drunks bounce off my door a few times.”
