“酒店位置较偏僻，周围环境一般，没有什么可看的景观。在这么一个地方弄出这么贵的价格就需要搞些噱头，譬如灯光秀什么的，但其实这个秀也一般般。灯光秀是在酒店自己的内庭中投射的，故标着Light Show的房间反而是朝内庭的。所谓Executive的房间并没有什么行政待遇，只是有个单独辟出的房间里放了一些回软的小零食而已。房间打扫不充分，地板上有一卷毛发都没有清除、洗脸池油油的下水不通畅。早餐也不好吃，都是些廉价或回软的食物。”

The team is amazing, gave me really good trendy restaurants recommendations. They are also very helpful and responsive when you asked them questions on WhatsApp. The restaurant Santa Joana and the bar Spiritland were amazing. Great design, food and amazing friendly team. “We just stayed one night as our last night in portugal. But it was a very good stay. Super clean and classic hotel, with very nice staff. When we arrived a nice woman on the staff went down to the garage with my husband to see if he would be happy with parking his car in such tight quarters. She was super helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We will recommend this hotel.”

“Staff amazing and super helpful - we arrived very late (5am) due to the power outage and a redirected flight, but the guys were there to check us in and make us a cuppa!!! Super modern and unique lobby area - we really liked it. Pool on the roof was a bit of fun. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, note get down for breakfast early as it gets quite busy after 9am. Location great, just a short uber ride to the main tourist areas in Lisbon city, I think the underground is nearby……
