“From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome. The lobby was clean, the attendant was cordial and he was sensitive to my aura. The car rental (Thrifty) was horrendous, my reserved car was 2.5 hours late however, my late arrival at hotel was met with concern and calmness. The room was just what I wanted, quiet, peaceful, and CLEAN! I will definitely stay here again when visiting Portland:)”

“入住的時候，看到枕頭上面有兩小塊乾掉的血跡，雖然面積不大，還是覺得很噁心。而且，我們連續住兩天，雖然有house keeping，但清潔人員忘了倒垃圾。”
