“Our room at the Deri-Down was lovely and comfortable with a large walk-in wardrobe and a modern well equipped en-suite shower room. There was a multi-channel TV, a small fridge with milk, tea/cofffee provided. The landlady was very helpful and allowed my son and his wife to change in our room for the wedding we were all going to. Our continental breakfast was well stocked with plenty choice of cereals, yoghourt, fruit etc. We passed on the full Welsh cooked breakfast that looked amazing. The off……

“I was lead to believe (from hotels.com presentation) I had a cabin with a private hot tub, and would therefore expect an en-suite. I had a double room with shared facilities, very poor accessible shower. Room was clean and fine for my needs. I didn’t read the fine print so had difficulty in gaining entry, but after numerous phone calls (answer phone messages) and a prolonged email chat, access was afforded. Nice location - albeit remote, but Hotels.com description/information not clear or……

The breakfast was delicious. Close distance to the town, Raglan Castle, Puzzlewood, Tintern Abbey and other local attractions. Highly recommended place to stay either for short or longer break. If we ever visit the area again, we'll definitely choose the The Church Farm. ”
