“Really lovely bed and breakfast host was super helpful and handed us water on arrival. Rooms dated in placesbbut well decorated and super clean Beds comfy a bit noisy when other guests arrived but just squeaky floors rather than loud guests. Bath was broken kids were gutted but would definitely recommend it and we will come back again.”

“Our stay was very relaxing and Carol made us so welcome (as did the gorgeous dogs). The Blorenge room has a beautiful view and you can walk down to the River Usk from the house, where we saw and heard so many bird species, and watched fish jumping for insects. Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. We had a tour of the farm which was really interesting. We were sad to leave and would definitely stay here again.”

Bathroom was pretty cold (studio room) and shower cubicle cosy/small with a general musty smell. Bed was comfortable but location on the main road meant it’s a noisy night if you’re a light sleeper. “The beds were comfortable, and as 3 friends, it was great to have a room each and nice space.The living area was spacious and comfortable too, and lots of space in the kitchen for food preparation and cooking. It was just a very short walk to nature, a really lovely area to be in.We'd gave preferred the hot tub a bit warmer, we couldn't turn it up, but of course, if we were that bothered about it we'd have contacted the hosts.”
