“The property is very convenient to several restaurants and activities. It is an older property that could use some TLC in certain area. Very nice pool and courtyard. Very few amenities in the room, need more chairs for the balcony. With a few touches this could be a top notch resort again.”

“My husband and I had a wonderful 5 night stay in Pelican L01 bayside. End unit condo had lots of windows and was so easy to walk off the patio to enjoy the lazy river, pool and bay. It was close to the elevator to access the 3rd floor skybridge to cross to the beachside. We enjoyed the umbrella and chairs included during our stay. The condo and property were both beautiful and well maintained. Parking wad easy and always available close to the condo.Meredith was so kind and made everything so……

“The property owner was great to work with on our extended stay. Very close to downtown amenities.”

“This is a great location. Close to everything from attractions, restaurants and shopping. The beach access is awesome and the views are spectacular. The only thing we found was the bed was a bit harsh for our liking. We also found in many others of these types rentals some spices, coffee left over from other guests. Not a deal breaker just was odd to fin nothing for cooking. I understand it maybe for safety reasons.”
