Initially, my Hotels VIP status was not recognized by the hotel due to miscommunication however Brittany (Front Desk) went out of her way to correct the wrong even though it was not her fault. I really appreciated her sincere effort and because of that, I would recommend Hotel Polaris. Great location, great hotel, clean, safe and overall beautiful stay in Colorado Springs. ”

“We stayed at My Place because we were attending a show at Ford Amphitheater. My Place was an excellent choice. We are typically freaked out by staying in hotels due to their lack of cleanliness. My Place is different in a very good way. It was insanely clean, quiet, and only a 1.2 mile walk to the theater. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.
