“Beautiful hotel. Front desk very accommodating. Room clean and comfortable. Hospitality was lacking: The lobby is beautiful, but is cold and uninviting. A pot of coffee or fresh water in the lobby would make guests feel a bit more welcome. I was told that there is a coffee maker in my room. Breakfast - coffee again. “We were very happy with the accommodations, the staff was friendly, respectful and very helpful. We had our dog which can be challenging, but not at the Fairfield Inn. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.”

“This was our first time staying at Spark by Hilton. The entrance is very clean and bright. Whatever they used to fragrance air there was perfect-light and fresh! The staff was cheerful and polite upon entering the hotel. We only had to call the desk one time for extra towels and they were there within a few minutes. The room was very clean and allowed ample room for 3 people. I was pleased to see that the bathroom had an exhaust fan and a nightlight also. The ice machine and filtered water……

“Complimentary breakfast was amazing, checking in and out was easy, food options by the hotel are great, room was very clean and even offered more amenities than listed. Downside, the court that they have for basketball/net sports are small and the net isn't there, but I would stay at this location again.”

“The property was located in a convenient location,surrounded by shopping, food,etc. All the staff were very friendly and personable However, I was disappointed that there wasnt any refrigerator in the room because the website does state that they are available, as well as microwaves, upon request. ”
