“We had to bail on a drive north because of a really bad snow storm and could barely make it past the next exit so this was our next best option over spending time in a ditch. We booked through hotels.com about 30 mins before we made it there, so I understand not necessarily knowing we were coming. When we arrived, the office was locked with a note directing us to call the person on duty. He was very prompt in coming over.
