“All of the staff went above and beyond. The customer service was exceptional. The room was lovely and big and the beds very comfy. Was a little disappointed with the spa which is a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. Don’t book a treatment but the treatment rooms looked nice and relaxing ”

“Staff were very good, we arrived quite late at night because of the train mishap. It was raining and cold, we were made welcome and shown to rooms until we were happy with the choice!, room was warm clean and tidy. Breakfast was great lunch was delicious. A wonderful memorable stay will go again definitely!”

“Really great stay. Lovely even meal, great breakfast. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. I'd happily stay here again and bring my wife. Some slight attention needed maintenance wise but nothing I'd complain about, especially give the price. I'll definitely be back when in the area. Plenty of parking.”

“The place is old, but not an issue. But the sheets weren't really clean and found a pubic hairs on my pillow. I slept in my day clothes. The facilities had free parking. I parked and asked reception during check in if that's the right place to park and they advice me yes. After return home from my business trip, I get a parking ticket from the hotel. I provided my receipts and prove I actually stayed there but yet they still insist to charge me with debt collection. Two night stay was……
