“My family and I stayed at the Westin for 6 nights at the begging of August. Our stay was amazing. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the staff was nothing short of amazing. They exceeded our expectations. The resort itself is in need of some TLC. They are in the middle of renovations which explains a lot. However, the rooms were clean and comfortable during our stay. She really took care of us as much as she could and if I ever stay again at La Hacienda is because of her. The whole staff goes above and beyond for everyone.
