“The staff here are GREAT. Yes, all caps. They’re friendly and helpful and always make you feel welcome.
Compared to other hotels, the front desk where you check in could use a glow-up but the staff definitely still shine.
Location of this hotel is excellent for getting around, and walkable to so much. ”
“Such a well-designed boutique hotel! The rooms were very up-to-date and chic, and exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had an interior room, so there was zero street noise. You could hear people walking in the hall, but that wasn’t a big deal.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. And the on-site cafe was perfect for our morning coffee and breakfast needs.
The hotel was on a street with multiple dining options and only a block from the subway station that got us to everywhere we……
“The hotel is very well located, close to attractions and transportation. Nice, friendly staff. Thoughtful amenities. The room was comfortable though wish it could be a bit bigger. ”
“The hotel is also in a great location, very close to attractions, for example, we can walk to the Empire State Building! It is definitely a very good choice for family travel! The hotel service is great, the staff are friendly, especially Jason. He helped me a lot.”
“Great room. High city view was great. Great sunrise views. Room was large with decent storage. Great bathroom with two sinks and an excellent shower. No slippers big negative for my wife and was surprised at that particularly with the marble bathroom floor. Breakfast was pretty good and we had it included in our rate through Expedia. Despite the lack of slippers we will consider The Dominick for a future NYC stay. ”
"The location is great, right next to Times Square. The hotel is old, and the most uncomfortable thing is the air conditioning, which is too noisy and makes it impossible to sleep. I can only turn off the air conditioning and sleep in the heat."
