“Property was nice and convenient to get to. The check in was not good because of Hampton international computer issues. The front desk lady and manager did what they could. Staff was kind and accommodating. ”

“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This……

“The breakfast was AMAZING. So many options! We immensely enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Only deducted points because it’s under construction right now and the door to our room was open when we arrived and was difficult to shut. Otherwise, kind and helpful staff and overall extremely pleased with our stay!”
