“New kitchen and bathroom- tiny but served its purpose. Significant homeless population outside but we always felt safe. Super convenient location. Beds were comfy and sheets were soft.Don’t be fooled by apartment number - this is a 3rd floor walk up! A lot of steps”

“The location is great—close to Broadway and subway and food and shopping. But this is a classic small NYC apartment. And you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to it. There were two of us in a small bedroom, so saying it sleeps 6 is a stretch. There is one small bathroom with old fixtures. The fridge has no icemaker and had no ice cube trays (it does after we bought and left some). We had to ask for extra trash bags and paper towels and a dish rag. We had one small bath towel each.……
