“This Four Seasons was recommended to us by the staff at both the Texas and Boston locations and we were definitely not disappointed. The valet and bell staff were outstanding, providing warm and attentive service throughout our stay. While the front desk team was polite, they lacked the signature warmth and enthusiasm we’ve come to expect when arriving at a Four Seasons. That extra spark just wasn’t there. “Extremely comfortable and well kept hotel. Front desk staff was extremely nice and accommodating. It was a quick in and out trip so I did not experience much else. Only complaint. Front door man never opened the front door…was always on his phone. But in the big scheme of things, no biggie.”
