“Fantastic property, perfectly situated in Paignton for all types of parties, Joe and Martin were amazingly friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone thinking of staying in Paignton ”

“Stayed 2 nights in twin room. The room was small ,however it had everything we needed. There was tea/ coffe/ hot chocolate available in the room that was replenished daily. The room was warm as we were top floor, but there was a fan provided which was very welcome. The bathroom was very small, and you may find a struggle if on larger size, however like rest of property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order and really good. ”

“Booked accommodation for my partner whilst I was in hospital. He was really impressed with everything from how spotlessly clean everything was and how comfortable his room was, to the warm welcome. He would recommend such to anyone. ”

“Sehr zentrale Lage, direkt an der Promenade. Nur ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof bzw. Busbahnhof. Daher sehr gute Möglichkeiten nach Torquay, Brixham oder Dartmouth zu kommen! Parkplatz zu teuer, man hat aber kaum eine Möglichkeit woanders zu parken. Zimmer geräumig und sehr sauber!”
