“I will say overall it was a good stay. But it was speckled with not so great things. I really don't judge a lot on customer service, so when I point it out, it wasn't great. The check in was not the friendliest, the person was short and curt with her answers, didn't tell us how to get to our rooms, and wasn't explaining things and why they were a certain way. And she wasn't trying to be friendly about it. We were on the first floor. And we could hear everything around our room - when the doors……

“The hotel had numerous amenities with plenty of space. The bathrooms were clean. Beds were made nice and had great lighting. From our room, we could see the parking lot and there are staircases by each set of rooms. The breakfast was very plentiful and offered a continental breakfast. The staff were friendly, and overall the building interior was new and elegant.”

“Often stay here when in town. Massive renovations taking place but the grounds are lovely, the accommodations great and even though there’s construction, it’s quiet! Overall one of the best spots in Scottsdale for spacious rooms/suites. I hope the prices don’t go crazy after the renovations are completed!”
