“I was very impressed with this "hotel". It is more of an AirBB as your unit is an apartment in an apartment building with permant residents. It comes nicely furnished, including basic kitchen essentials (like service for four, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc). All of the amenities are modern, and the in-unit washer dryer is a huge plus. I also really appreciated some of the welcome gifts, including some coffee/tea, laundry detergent, and your basic hygiene essentials. Property communicates……

“Just to be clear, when you rent this place, you are paying to get 3 bedrooms in a great spot in Manhattan and it was definitely that. The checkin and communication were great, there is a subway stop 10 steps from the front door (or across the street for going uptown), and our two adult kids each had their own bedroom without us paying for 3 hotel rooms.The place itself has some shortcomings and I wouldn't plan on doing any kitchen work beyond reheating, but if you're coming to NY to do your own……

Would have expected better shampoo (they had Head & Shoulders) and a conditioner option, so not great for kids but I had brought my own. “The property was very clean and accomodating for my husband myself and my 2 daughters 5 and 6 yrs old. We were able to put them to bed in the back bedroom with their own tv and stay up ourselves with the complementary bottle of wine left for us! What a treat. The queen size pull out sofa was comfortable. They left us eye masks and the bathroom was stocked with tooothbrushes and mouthwash shampoos conditioner and body wash. “i did get a few cockroaches during my stay, there was a burn on the wall near the stove that scared me as a needed to use the stove in the kitchen it made me refrain from using so was difficult. there were no paper towels i had to buy some. Stated on Vrbo that you had a blow dryer so i did not bring mine and there was not one to be found. Dishwasher took three tries to use and looks as though the door itself to it was broken upon arrival. Getting the key in such a weird position didn’t feel safe……
