Having lived in Manhattan in the 80's, I knew the part of town that would be the best home base for most of our activiites but did not want a mega-hotel environment. This property exceeded our highest hopes! Two "short" blocks from the center of Central Park South placed us within safe walking distance of sites, dining and shopping in every direction. This property surpassed any expectation our group of 6 had.Giant family room - convertible beds, so much more space than we even imagined. Stairs were short and my parents had no problem navigating them.A decent grocery store and small deli under a 3 minute walk away. Hamilton undergound coffee was awesome. Subway again under 500 feet away. Neighborhood is safe. Harlem comedy club is……
